Refunds and Cancellation


If a consumer for some reason is not satisfied with the purchase, the consumer may cancel an individual order and receive a full refund by sending a written request to us up to 21 days from the date on which the consumer received the goods and contacting us at our telephone number.
If a consumer cancels an order, in order to qualify for a full refund the consumer must return the goods within working hours at the address which will be provided, undamaged in its original packaging along with a warranty booklet and within a reasonable time. Chairs with stained or damaged fabric will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the consumer claiming a full refund.

A consumer who cancelled the order and claimed a full refund would not be entitled to purchase a new SpinaliS chair within next 12 months.
